Quality Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction, rigorous requirement scoping, responsible external provider selection, and objective measurement documentation across Central India’s industrial corridors.

Executive commitment

Quality Built on Clear Requirements and Objective Records

At Sunrise Testing & Calibration Centre, quality is not a static marketing statement. It is an operational standard governing how customer requirements are evaluated, how technical services are coordinated, and how measurement documentation is verified and archived.

Customer Satisfaction

Requirement-Led Technical Scoping

Zero assumptions before coordination

Customer satisfaction is achieved when delivered results exactly match technical and compliance expectations. Before arranging testing, calibration, or inspection work, Sunrise conducts rigorous requirement reviews: confirming instrument serial numbers, measurement ranges, operating environments, required test parameters, governing standards (such as IS, ISO, or ASTM specifications), and the intended compliance purpose. We clarify acceptance criteria, delivery timelines, and report formatting up front so client operations face zero unexpected delays or ambiguities.

Operational Rigour

Accountable Process & Custody

Traceable workflows from intake to return

Technical service coordination requires uncompromising operational discipline. Sunrise manages the handling, physical inspection, transit packaging, and tracking of customer instruments and test samples with documented care. If scheduling constraints, parameter limits, or provider scope boundaries change during execution, our team communicates immediately and transparently with the client, ensuring decisions are agreed collaboratively rather than assumed.

Provider qualification

Responsible External Provider Selection & Service Routing

Sunrise Testing & Calibration Centre coordinates technical testing and calibration through qualified external laboratories. Our quality policy enforces systematic vetting to ensure client instruments and samples are serviced only by technically competent facilities.

  1. 01

    Requirement Mapping

We analyze customer equipment, operating ranges, and requested tolerances, mapping each requirement to the verified technical capability of qualified partner facilities.

  2. 02

    Provider Verification

External laboratories are evaluated for legal registration, verified technical scope, calibrated reference standards, environmental controls, and experienced technical staff.

  3. 03

    Controlled Custody

Instruments are inspected for physical integrity, securely packed to prevent transit drift or damage, and routed to the performing facility with detailed work instructions.

  4. 04

    Pre-Dispatch Audit

Delivered calibration certificates and test reports are verified for typographical correctness, serial number alignment, parameter completeness, and official provider endorsement before client handover.

Measurement integrity

Measurement Records, Traceability Standards & ISO 9001 Compliance

Measurement documentation must serve as verifiable proof during client quality audits, regulatory inspections, and vendor evaluations. We uphold strict standards regarding calibration certificates and traceability claims.

Traceability Standards

Provider-Issued Traceability Records

Conditional, evidence-based reporting

Where calibration certificates document measurement traceability to national or international standards—such as NPL India or SI units through BIPM—those details are reported strictly as certified by the responsible performing laboratory within its valid accredited scope. Sunrise does not claim independent ownership of primary measurement standards or make blanket traceability claims. We present official provider certificates that clients can present with confidence to certification auditors.

Uncertainty & Records

Certificate Integrity & Intervals

Zero certificate alteration & ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.1.5

All test reports and calibration certificates delivered to clients are issued directly by the performing laboratory and retained in their authentic, unaltered form with the issuing facility's legal identity intact. Furthermore, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.1.5, we advise clients that calibration and verification intervals should be determined by the equipment owner based on operational risk, drift history, and usage frequency—never derived from generic assumptions.

Continual improvement

Communication, Query Resolution & Continual Improvement

A credible quality system learns from operational experience. We maintain clear feedback loops, prompt query resolution protocols, and structured reviews to elevate service delivery.

Feedback & Resolution

Prompt Technical Query Resolution

Rapid investigation of client queries

If a client identifies a typographical error, range clarification, or documentation query on a delivered certificate, our team initiates immediate investigation. We coordinate directly with the issuing laboratory to review raw calibration worksheets, verify recorded observations, and obtain official corrected documents where warranted, keeping the client informed throughout.

Quality Evolution

Annual Review & Service Modernization

Iterative improvement across all workflows

Sunrise and Sun Associates review coordination workflows, customer feedback logs, and partner performance annually. Insights gained from client enquiries and industrial developments are applied to improve requirement intake checklists, enhance transit packaging standards, and streamline compliance assistance.

How Clients Support Quality Coordination

To ensure fastest turnaround and precise documentation from the outset, we encourage clients to share the following technical details when requesting service:

  • Instrument name, make, model number, and serial identification
  • Operating measurement range and required calibration test points
  • Applicable governing standard (e.g., IS, ISO, ASTM, or plant SOP)
  • Whether partner NABL-accredited reporting is explicitly required
  • Historical calibration interval, drift history, or previous certificate
  • Intended use: regulatory compliance, tender submission, or internal QA
